CCPIT Sub-Council of Chemical Industry and CCOIC Chemical Industry Chamber of Commerce is the branch organization of CCPIT and CCOIC, and is state-owned and belongs to China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (CPCIF, the former Ministry of Chemical Industry of China) and works as CPCIF Exhibition Department. The main mandates of CCPIT CHEM include: hosting 8 domestic chemical exhibitions, including the most authoritative Chemical Exhibition with 20 years’ history-ICIF China, the world’s largest exhibitions in Agrochemical Industry (CAC), Adhesives and Sealant Industry (CHINAADHESIVE) and Coal Chemical Industry (COAL CHEM), and the leading Fine and Specialty Chemical Exhibition in China (SpeChem China), etc; organizing China Pavilions on over 40 overseas chemical exhibitions annually, including Agrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Fine and Specialty Chemicals, Coatings, Plastics and Chemical Equipments and other sectors, among which many are above a thousand sqm; helping Chinese exhibitors accessing to government subsidies, with the total subsidies on coatings shows reachingover 3 hundred thousand USD; holding an array of conferences, seminars and exchange programs of various sorts home and abroad; taking Chinese delegations out for overseas inspections, such examples can be found when the CCPIT CHEM took a delegation to visit Essenscia in Belgium after ECS 2011 and Plascon Paint of Akzo Nobel in South Africa after MECS 2012, etc; launching programs for the Chinese chemical industry to exchange with their overseas counterparts.
