Established in 2009, China Development Bank Capital Co, Ltd.("CDB Capital" or "") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Development Bank ("CDB" or "") with a registered capital of USD 8 billion.CDB Capital maintains a unique and significant position within the CDB system. As the affiliated investment arm of CDB, CDB Capital is responsible for making investments in equity sectors, and utilizes CDB branches both domestically and abroad as deal sourcing resources. CDB Capital has not only served to implement state strategies and industrial development, but also played a pioneering role in the development of China’s equity funds. CDB Capital has essentially become a comprehensive strategic investment platform with business ranging from fund of fund, urban infrastructure investment, industrial investment and foreign investment.
