CDC Facilities Management Ltd (CDCfm) was formed as a direct result of 15 years of continued success by its founding company Cleanroom Design & Construction Ltd. This has enabled CDCfm engineers to gain unique experience installing and maintaining close control environments within a wide range of demanding market sectors. The individual requirements of each client, lead to the evolution of a “Total Maintenance Solution” model. To facilitate this model, CDCfm has partnered specialist companies based within CDC House, enabling ourselves and therefore our clients to have direct access to specialists in Close Controls, Building Energy Management Systems and HVAC installation, both Mechanical & Electrical. Further to client requests, as part our Planned Preventative Maintenance works, we provide and evidence documentation showing regulatory compliance, asset tags and registers with equipment positions identified. In addition we provide condition and dilapidation reports and liaise with our clients to ensure that they are aware of the full lifecycle of their equipment, to assist in planning future capital expenditure. In conjunction with the above, through communication and interaction we ensure that our clients are fully aware of any technology advances, which may result in cost/energy savings, thus replacing the equipment prior to the end of its expected lifecycle to ensure that maximum cost/energy savings are available to their organisation. We are also entrusted to ensure our clients’ equipment/estate remains fully compliant with all current and any new statutory requirements.
