Founded in the 1960s, CDG—formerly known as Jiangsu Transportation Planning and Design Institute—became an independent entity in 2005 with the establishment of the Jiangsu Province Transport Planning and Design Institute Limited Company. In 2014, we achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first engineering design company to be independently listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Two years later, in 2016, we re-branded as CHINA DESIGN GROUP Co, Ltd, transforming from a regional transport design institute into a nationally recognized, integrated consulting and design firm.
