CDL is a consulting/ training firm focused on Cultural Intelligence and the new way of doing business—the ‘Negotiating Way’, founded in 1989 by Catherine M. Lee. CDL specializes in international negotiations, global leadership, and women in business and in leadership. A sought after speaker, Catherine is compelling because she draws upon and relates to audiences from her varied experiences – business owner, community activist, professor, homemaker, political candidate. Since its founding, CDL has consulted with major corporations, including BP, Motorola, Infosys, and varied international governments.
