Established in 1950, CE Turner is a leading manufacturer of high-precision metal parts and complex assemblies, trusted by blue-chip clients across the UK and worldwide. Our recent investment in a 32-pallet high-speed machining system and an innovative laser cutter (cutting up to 25mm mild steel, 20mm stainless, 15mm aluminium) further enhances our manufacturing flexibility. Our MIG & TIG welding team—including 18 coded welders and over 90 approved weld procedures—handles alloy steels, stainless steel, aluminium, and armour materials. Supported by our skilled fabrication team, we can press, fold, and form even the most complex parts. Beyond manufacturing, our assembly and integration teams manage full product build, testing, and inspection. Using SolidWorks CAD/CAM and Design for Manufacture (DFM) principles, we optimise designs to reduce cost and lead time. We uphold the highest quality standards, providing First Article Inspection Reports (AS9102) via Visual FAIR, PCN Level 2 weld inspection, and final verification using CMM and 3D arm technology in a temperature-controlled environment.
