My name is Michael Cefaratti. In short, I have over 17 years of combined experience in the interactive space both as a creative lead and currently as a UX lead. I have worked at many large agencies across various segments including tech, pharma, finance, fashion and entertainment. My visual background, passion for technology and understanding of user focused design, allow me to create engaging user experiences and detailed visual documentation. My experience includes- 8 years of senior art direction, 9 years of IA/UX design - Created various UX related documents including sitemaps, wireframes, user flows, presentations, personas, functional specs, content inventories, competitive audits, heuristic evaluations and various research documentation- Conceptualized and developed apps for mobile and tablet platforms- Captured user requirements, user types, and tasks through interviews focusing on usage behavior and patterns.
