PROVIDING SIGNIFICANT SAVINGS TO CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS BY IMPORTING HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS Celadon Construction Materials, LLC was founded in 2013 by Ruby Lee and Seth Weissman to import high quality finishing materials direct from factories. The business grew out of the owners' need to install finishing material in their own multifamily projects that are affordable, well constructed and well designed. Celadon imports an extensive range of material, including countertops, cabinets, hardware, plumbing fixtures, flooring and lighting. Our business model is to buy direct from factories, inspect, insure, load and ship. This helps us to keep costs and prices very low. Ruby is fluent in Chinese and visits the factories personally on a regular basis to discuss ideas and source for the latest designs. Our staff work closely with builders, architects, designers and contractors as early as the design phase, which helps our clients identify finishes of high quality and design, often resulting in significant savings. We also provide install services for many of the products we sell.
