Brian Carruthers is the President of Celadorra – Project Management, a firm that helps its clients deliver projects more successfully, with high quality standards, less time, and with a lower overall budget. He has been doing this since 2008 by providing project and portfolio management products and services. Brian has a P.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering and is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). His work has taken him across Canada as well as the United States and Asia with clients such as P&P China Automotive, Magna International, Rockwell International and Flextronics. Over the past 12 years, he has gained an excellent reputation as a trainer in Project Planning and Control techniques, Project Team Leadership and Communications. As a senior engineer with a keen ability to understand manufacturing processes and adapt the Project Management know-how to various corporate environments he has helped organizations define, redirect, and streamline their operations
