Celebrating 15 Years

Alltek and Alltrades Celebrating 15 Years Time seems to have flown by since Alltek and Alltrades were launched in April 2002 recruiting specialist staff for the construction, civil engineering and residential marketplace with our key ethos and principles based upon trust, honesty, integrity and outstanding service levels enabling us to establish quality long term relationships with both candidates and clients alike. In our first few days we placed 2 site labourers on a refurbishment scheme in Yeovil, 1 multitrader in Portsmouth on a new NHS walk in centre and a Senior Engineer on a coastal defence scheme in Weymouth and the Engineer and Multitrader are still out working for us albeit slightly older! We have seen off 2 recessions, 3 prime ministers and 6 England football managers whilst implementing numerous changes in legislation. In our chosen marketplace of the construction, civil engineering and residential marketplace we have seen seismic changes in terms of pre contract involvement, delivery quality, health and safety, environmental awareness, technology enhancements, product innovation and the recruitment process and strategies that go along with these changes. Throughout all the challenges over the past 15 years we have innovated and adapted to stay ahead of the curve and Bruce and Paul are very proud of all our team who have worked tirelessly to source the right people for the right roles and as a company and team we have grown consistently year on year both financially and emotionally. We are grateful to our clients and candidates who trusted in us to help them provide quality services and products. Their demands, challenges and feedback have pushed us to drive forward and continuously improve. Our success story remains incomplete without the support of our clients and candidates and hard work of our staff. Not only have they made us a part of their lives but also helped us reach out to the world.
