We at Celestial Academy and Solutions conduct Campus Recruitment Training Program for Engineering Degree (I Year to IV Year), Arts & Science Degree, MBA Degree, MCA Degree, Polytechnic and other PG Degree students & provide placements in reputed industries. As you are aware it is difficult to get a job where freshers are concerned in good industries, the reason behind that is lack of knowledge & confidence which is necessary for any individual to be placed in any Organization. Being a recruiter I personally believe training is important for freshers to make them industry ready & provide placements at college campus. C.A.N.S. is a pioneer company in training & placements having proven track records of Training across South India. In our training program we mainly emphasize on aptitude test, logical reasoning, verbal ability, group discussion & personal interview. We conduct this training program for 2 to 3 days prior to the Campus Interview which includes above topics. After completion of training we normally start our placements before or after the final semester & finish it before completion of academic session i.e. March to April.
