To expand the company’s global business, as well as to provide customers with more asset allocation options, L&S Investment Management Co, Ltd (Shanghai) merged with Celestial Global Real Estate Investment Co, Ltd (UK) in 2015 with 5 million pounds registered capital in 2015 to co-develop investment advisory services business in UK and Shanghai, also to carry out real estate fund management business and active portfolio business.
