Celestine Foundation is a faith-based nonprofit organization with a passion to impact the lives of those with chronic illnesses by sharing knowledge and giving love. Celestine Foundation is a place where caregivers and professionals assisting those living with chronic illnesses can share resources, tools, and lessons learned. Celestine Foundation is committed to education, providing webinars on important topics impacting caregiving such as, What is Palliative care, What are the stages of grief, and Knowing the importance of self-care. Our outreach campaigns are through the Jewels of Love program. A philanthropic endeavor to uplift the spirit and display love & compassion, while partnering with businesses & nonprofit organizations.
