Everything in the Universe is Energy. When we examine any physical matter whether it be planets, stars, humans, animals, trees, buildings, i.e. everything, it isn't only physical creation but also Energy which is vibration at the quantum level, invisible and connects all physical matter to one another.The Universe, Energy and God are the same, a single being, thus everything is connected through God. As humans, the invisible aspects of our being: our thought and emotion, are frequencies of Energy. Our thought and emotion is linked to our Energy Body, our Spirit and is anatomical, which consists of 7 energetic components and is connected to the Energy of the Universe, which is our connection with the Creator. Our thought and emotion are the factors in determining the development of our energetic components. When we think and feel lower frequencies such as worry, anxiety, anger or hate this hinders the development of our Spirit and our connection with the Creator which is developed through the highest frequency of thought and emotion which is Love. Meditation is a discipline, which is the act of being Still in the Natural Environment, the same as the Tree which doesn't move, by which Love Energy is engaged and allows our thought and emotion to be aligned to Love and thus our Spirit is developed, activating the 7 energetic components. Love is the Energy of God and is developed in the Natural Environment such as the Forest where you feel "good" when surrounded by Trees, the sounds of Birds, the sounds of waves of Water or watching the beauty of the Sun setting, this is the Love Energy of God and is the goal of Meditation, to connect with Love Energy, with God via our thought and emotion. Continuous Meditation of Love Energy allows you to develop the Spirit anatomy and connect with God, who is a Spiral Vibration of Love, resulting in the growth of your pineal gland aka Third Eye, which is the growth of your brain.
