Hello! I’m a marketer, entrepreneur, and trusted advisor with over two decades of experience in building businesses and growing brands. I’ve founded, grown, and sold businesses of my own — including Seed, a youth marketing agency, which I exited to Amplify in 2020; The Good Works, a recruitment company for purpose-driven agencies and brands; and many moons ago, Beach Break Live music festival. Along the way, I’ve also advised a range of agencies and consultancies. Through all of this, I’ve learned first-hand what it takes to grow and sustain a successful, client-based business. I understand the pressure of wearing every hat — delivering for clients, winning new business, managing a team, keeping the numbers positive — all while trying to enjoy the ride. My approach is practical, commercial, and collaborative. I help founders cut through the noise and build resilient and profitable businesses. Whether it’s strengthening your sales pipeline, refining your proposition, improving margins, or simply acting as a strategic sounding board. Beyond the commercial side, I’m also passionate about using business and marketing as a force for good. I work with many charities and impact ventures to help amplify their efforts and their impact on the world. I limit my clients to three at any one time and only work with founders where I know I can make a real difference.
