Cell2cell Innovative Training Network

Cell2Cell is an international network of academic and industry groups, which provides multidisciplinary and intersectoral training for early-stage researchers (ESRs) in the fields of pathogen biology, chromatin biology, bioinformatics, and single-cell methods. The Network investigates how cell-to-cell heterogeneity in chromatin structure enables pathogens to overcome challenges critical to establish persistent infections. Cell2Cell research projects aim to link changes in chromatin structures and genome organization to the adaptation of pathogens to the host environment and evasion from the host immune response.
