He is one of 4 of the initial founders of the business and has played a lead role in the development and launch of the business model. He is actively involved in all aspects of the business with a major focus on strategy and growth. Prior to forming CVS, he had a significant career in Wealth Management holding senior roles with Macquarie, BT Financial Group and MLC.
