Cellularline Group

The Reggio-Emilia based company, Cellular Italia S.p.A, established in 1990 as a company for distributing the first mobile phones, was launched in the nineties with the Cellularline brand. Soon after, thanks to the initiative’s success, the company quickly transitioned to producing mobile phone accessories, consolidating its presence in Italy and beginning to export its products abroad. Growth and change have been the key themes defining Cellularline’s last two decades. In 2005, the company became a Group, and in 2013, with the entry of L Capital, it embarked on a new evolutionary path that led to the internationalization of the brand and distribution in over 60 countries. 2018 marked its entry into AIM Italia, and in 2019, Cellularline was listed on the Mercato Telematico Azionario (MTA) of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. In recent years, the Group has continued to expand: in 2022, it acquired 80% of Subliros SL (brand Allogio) and 60% of Peter Jäckel, completing the acquisition in 2023. That same year, it launched the Newrban brand, entering the e-mobility accessories market.
