We specialise in Letting and Letting Management while also providing a second to none buyers brokerage service. We have created a link with a highly recommended sales agent who along with us will take care of all sales needs. The business began in 2012 as a maintenance management facility for Landlords particularly owners who are not resident in Dublin or even Ireland. We have been encouraged to set up a licenced estate agency facility by numerous customers who were unhappy with the services of existing providers and who also wanted a one stop shop integrated property management solution. As Landlords ourselves we have a thorough knowledge of the rental requirements and the needs to be a service provider to both owners and tenants.
