McGrath’s Limestone (Cong) has been producing cement-based liquid screeds for the past 15 years. In association with the French company Cemexa Technologies Ltd, we have recently developed a new cement-based liquid screed product for both commercial and domestic use. Cemfloor can be used in place of traditional sand/cement screeds and Calcium Sulphate Screeds in unbonded, bonded, domestic, and commercial floors. Cemfloor is a cement-based liquid screed that offers superior drying time, exceptional thermal conductivity, minimal or zero drying shrinkage, no laitance dust on the dried surface, and numerous other benefits. Cemfloor screeds comply with EN 13813:2002- Screed Materials and Floor Screeds Properties and Requirements.
