My favorite comment from my patients is that they just "think younger". They don't think of life in terms of how many years they have left - as "old" with some sort of deadline (no pun intended). Instead, there's an attitude pluri-potential possibilities for the rest of their lives. It's a very powerful mental paradigm shift.
