The company is registered with Quality assessment companies to ensure through tender process we have the core competence and quality accreditations to satisfy major Inspection project work in the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Agrochemical, Utilities and Distillery sectors. The ‘Ex’ service utilises Cenelec Standards software application installed on Electronic Handheld devices. Our field personnel capture extensive Inspection data and Maintenance requirements in line with ‘Close’, ‘Visual’ and ‘Detailed’ grades of Inspection supported by the client’s Hazardous Area Classification drawings covering Gas, Vapour or Combustible Dust Areas. To ensure the inspection process is efficient all captured data is downloaded from the handheld and sent to Cenelec Standards Head Office IT server for Quality Checks via VPN. Our online web portal then hosts the results to enable the client to view Inspection data, Maintenance Requirements, Certificates of Conformity, status charts and statistics the day following field Inspection and throughout the project to completion. The emphasis on quality and efficiency is paramount; our systems are certified by UKAS to ISO9001, BS EN OHSAS 18001, BS EN ISO 14001,ISO/TS 29001, PAS 99 CSI now have a CompEx training centre based close to Newcastle Upon Tyne in the UK. We also have an international license to carry out CompEx courses.
