A few years later, Alvarez and his family decided to move down to their winter getaway vacation site in sunny Florida. Shortly after, Centanni opened again in Royal Palm Beach on May 16, 2005. The place quickly became a reputable restaurant among locals due to its enticing menu, great atmosphere, and mainly because of the traditional Italian recipes Alvarez provides.'I gained my experience from working with traditional Italian chefs.
