The vision of Center ZA BEBE (Pro Baby Center) is to shape the culture of life in Serbia and create an environment where parents look forward to every baby and where every baby is welcome. The association achieves its vision by developing projects that practically respond to the needs of young people, as well as moms and dads, and help them realize their full capacity in the most wonderful and responsible role - parenthood. Our mission is to develop a network of support for pregnant women, families and single parents who need support during pregnancy, especially at its beginning, as well as immediately after the birth of a child. We offer practical solutions- Professional and free of charge counseling for pregnant girls, women and their partners- Individual or group counseling in case of pregnancy loss - Workshops for teenagers and students on sexual integrity and prevention of reproductive health How can more babies be born in Serbia? How to preserve reproductive health until the period when we want to become parents? How to develop healthy partnership relations? What steps should we take to prepare ourselves for the role of parents from a young age? How can we learn to value every human life in its uniqueness and diversity from conception to natural death. There are no instant solutions to these issues. While on the one hand, a large number of couples today face sterility, Serbia is still the leading country in Europe in terms of the number of intentional terminations of pregnancy. It is even estimated that more than 10% of couples in Serbia want to have a baby with all their heart, but they cannot become parents naturally. On the other hand, every year Serbia loses a large number of babies due to intentional termination of pregnancy.
