Centauri Transport was founded to satisfy the overwhelming need for reliable ocean shipping service to the Bahamas and is focused on the Family Islands. Based in Miami, Florida, Centauri Transport's team of logistics and transportation industry veterans came together with a common goal - provide dependable, reliable ocean shipping services with "straight- talk" communications to the dynamic economies of the Bahamas' Family Islands. Centauri Transport provides dedicated scheduled routes, charter options, and the flexibility required to meet the logistical needs of the most complex projects. We operate ocean vessels, strategically sourced to suit the challenging navigation of shallow waters, common to the outer islands while also providing the capacity to transport large volumes of all cargo types - bulk project cargo, dry and refrigerated containerized cargo, heavy equipment and vehicles.
