We are a hybrid medical practice that combines functional and lifestyle medicine, while offering conventional treatments when necessary. Center for Collaborative Medicine is co-owned by two practitioners that have been involved in functional medicine for more than 20 years. The owners have seen trends come and go in this model of medicine, and aim to utilize clinically applicable lab assessments and supplements in moderation. The mission of CCM is to redefine health care by providing care that is cost-effective and practical. No one WANTS to be on dozens of pills (even natural ones!), or go into debt by spending thousands of dollars on unnecessary tests. Even in the most complicated cases, the causes of symptoms or disease are often rooted in our daily lifestyle exposures and habits.
