Center for Digital Dannelse creates and facilitates workshops on digital literacy. What is Digital Literacy? Read below or see what we offer on the right. The digital natives, children and young people, are experts in digital media. They spend much of their time in the digital world - both at school and at home - navigating and participating in the many online communities with a natural and intuitive approach. But one thing is to be skilled in digital technologies, and another is to understand digital literacy. Digital literacy is about committing ourself socially, ethically and critically in the virtual reality. Our Strategy: Our main targets are students at secondary and high schools as well as teachers, parents and elders. We teach and discuss how to use social media in a positive, constructive and reflected way. Our mission is to research, consult and teach in the effects of social media. We believe that every human being is born with a valuable and unique potential to create a good life. And we believe that the Internet, and other digital technologies, have a positive potential for human beings to develop and expand such a life.
