The Center for Executive Solutions (formerly Berghausen Consulting) brings together a diverse team of experts in the behavioral sciences and business management to provide solutions to a wide range of executive challenges. We help our clients achieve excellence by enhancing performance at the individual, team, and organizational levels. Our group has experience serving a variety of clients domestically and, more recently, internationally. We are trained in the fields of psychology, sociology, business, and economics. Industries served include the public and private commercial nuclear power generation industry and vendors to that industry, other utilities, building materials suppliers, local governments and special districts, and many more. By pooling our talent together in one center we are able to share best practices and quickly mobilize resources to address a variety of client needs.
