Center for Parental Responsibility is the equal shared parenting expert. CPR is an all-volunteer non-profit organization focused on research, education, advocacy, and support. CPR's mission is to remove the obstacles that prevent both parents from being fully and equally involved in the lives of their children, particularly after divorce or separation of never-married parents. The organization focuses on educating policymakers and the public nationwide. CPR uses and provides credible fact-checked information demonstrating that equal shared parenting provides the best outcomes for most children, and what exceptions are appropriate for the best interest of the children. CPR is involved in creating and building public awareness, rallying like-minded volunteers, and providing educational resources supporting the child¹s equal need for both fit parents.
