The old tradition of the social world (componential, attributive, categorization) is no longer relevant to understanding this new world. We offer a new frame of reference to see the “moving” world. Realities are no longer be seen with perspective that fragmented by geographies, territories, attributes, socio-cultural identity, religious symbols, and political group. What constantly remain the same and breaking through the human multiple dimensions (online technology-offline), is social relationship. This is the rise of network society (Manuel Castell, 1996) where people / nodes are interconnected. Analysis of social networks is a set of techniques, theories, and concepts that form a frame of reference in understanding social phenomena that produce "special" patterned behavior. Data about individuals and their relationships are significant in determining individual / community behavior (social engineering). We predict, construct and create conditions for individual or social networks behavior. Individuals are always influenced by dyadic / triadic relationships that form a social unity (grouping) which formed an interrelated relation among individuals/nodes (Network of Networks). We observe behaviors based on its traffic patterns of social relations and interactions within its situational logic that binds them.
