Center For Systemic Change

The Center for Systemic Change (CSC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization co-founded in 2017 by James Derrick and Ankur Patel to eradicate poverty from the United States and its territories within the next two generations. CSC focuses its efforts on five connected areas of dire need: 1) living wage; 2) safe place to live; 3) nutritious food; 4) equitable access to healthcare; and, 5) access to meaningful education. The organization employs a unique, hybrid methodology that combines the best elements of think tanks, consultancies, and public charities. CSC is a lean, focused organization that works with other nonprofit and non-governmental organizations to leverage its work while simultaneously creating a new model to impact poverty on the ground and change the way we fight it in the future.
