Cention

For 26 years, we have been building infrastructure for businesses that handle conversations at scale. Email, chat, voice, social media, messaging apps. Every channel that mattered, we built native support for. Along the way we added NLP, machine learning, automation and AI. What we learned is that the real challenge was never the channel and never the AI. It was the workflow. Who owns it, what happened in it, why decisions were made and what comes next. Today, we build on that foundation with a platform centered around workflow orchestration, routing, case management, escalation, logging and reporting. One layer that brings together people, AI, automation and business systems into accountable workflows. Use our capabilities, bring your own, or combine both. The important thing is that every action remains traceable and every workflow has an owner. Not to replace what you already have. To be the layer that makes everything work together. Cention. Because every workflow needs an owner.
