Central Indiana Power

Central Indiana Power is part of our nation’s electric cooperative family of more than 900 not-for-profit co-ops providing dependable electricity and superior service to over 33-million families and businesses. If you receive electricity from us…you are also a member of the co-op, and have the right to elect a director from one of seven regions within our service territory. Central Indiana Power serves more than families and businesses in Hancock and parts of Hamilton, Madison, and Rush Counties. Our 34 employees maintain over 950 miles of energized power lines, and add new homes and businesses every year. That makes us one of the fastest growing electric cooperatives in Indiana.
