Central Industries is an outdoor space specialist working with state governments, landscape contractors, builders, education providers, childcare operators and facility managers across Australia to design and deliver open space infrastructure that actually works in the real world. Central Industries Divisions, Central Shade & Central Civil: Central Shade We design, fabricate and install custom shade structures for schools, early learning, aquatic centres, playgrounds, parks, sports facilities, carparks and commercial sites. From Hypar Sails and big-span membrane structures through to commercial umbrellas and solid-roof canopies, we match the structure to the site, climate and budget. Central Civil: We deliver civil structures and open space assets – bridges, boardwalks, jetties, walkways, amenities blocks, roadworks, footpaths and structural landscaping. If it’s steel, timber or concrete in an outdoor space, chances are we build it. How we work • End-to-end capability – In-house design and third-party certified engineering, workshop fabrication and experienced installation crews. • Accredited and compliant – ISO-certified for quality, safety and environment, CM3 prequalified and active on multiple preferred supplier panels. • Remote to CBD – We’re used to delivering in remote communities, regional townships and busy metro sites • Practical design – Our team balances engineering, buildability and maintenance. Shade layouts, structural details and finishes are all thought through with end users in mind.
