Central Maine Cold Storage is Maine's premiere custom seafood freezing facility. We offer a wide variety of seafood freezing services for various companies. We also offer a whole sale raw or blanched frozen whole lobster product that are packed in 10lb boxes. Our specialty is the blanched whole frozen lobster. We have worked hard to give you the fresh from the water taste without sticking. We strive to give the whole Maine lobster experience at the convenience of the consumer. We have experience with freezing everything from lobster to sea cucumbers. We use an IQF tunnel and blast freezing techniques that lock in the fresh from the water flavor. we are not a nitrogen based freezing company we use a two stage ammonia based air freezing system.
