We follow Jesus, who refused to label or judge and challenged the structures and systems that do. United Methodism is a tradition that equally emphasizes personal piety and social action. Central has been a congregation since 1838, and we are committed to stay in the denomination, loving God and loving our neighbors. This isn’t an empty welcome—we are committed to helping you grow in your faith, whether you are at the very beginning of that journey or you’ve been on the road for a while, if you are native or new to the area, if you are never-churched, dis-churched, or always-churched, United Methodist or not. We worship together, we serve the community together and help persons of all ages deepen their faith.
