Central Valley NMTC Fund, LLC is a certified community development entity (CDE) that uses the federal New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) program to foster economic development in economically distressed neighborhoods throughout the Central Valley of California. Focusing on economic, social and environmental returns, CVNMTC looks to finance those projects that demonstrate the highest community development outcomes. Our goal is to reach out to the poorest of these poor communities and join together both public and private investments – the kind of partnership that might finally bring a new future for these communities.
