Often in the modern world we are so caught up in 'doing' that we struggle to enjoy the moment to moment pleasures that life offers. The 'doing' mentality is often coupled with an over active mind. This over active mind leads us to want the next thing, causes a lot of stress and can at times give us a sense of dissatisfaction with life. When we can lower are mental activity, come into the present moment and simply 'be,' life inherently becomes lighter and more enjoyable. You get to enjoy every moment for what it offers and great pleasure is often found from the simplest of things in life. Not only is being more enjoyable. This 'being' is who you really are. This Being is an unchanging, timeless awareness looking out at the world. It fills us with a sense of 'I am' or here-ness that feels deeply peaceful and joyous, while not requiring any outside contribution to maintain the state. Here at the Centre for Beingness our purpose is to assist your access to this place within yourself. Giving you the freedom to fully live your life on your terms. The Centre for Beingness facilitates access to Being via a combination of mental understanding and direct experiences. Beingness is facilitated via live events, online programmes, weekly live and virtual meditations and a community to support living in a way that provides the greatest peace and joy.
