The Centre for Conflict Management aims to provide an online platform for concerned individuals to examine their interpersonal or intrapersonal conflicts and develop the necessary skills to effectively manage them. It would come up with various unique initiatives to empower decision making and unclog their thinking around the conflict. It would be committed to coming to the aid of individuals in distress and dilemma requiring personalized assistance. Under the guidance of Prof. Himanshu Rai, Director, IIM Indore, it will take up endeavors aimed at sharing insights from experts and coming up with research-based interactive facts, activities, and discussions, to provide new perspectives on the discipline of Conflict Management, to empower the Indian Youth to achieve more.
