The Centre for Creativity and Capacity Development is a Ugandan registered social enterprise. Our Mission is “empowering individuals and communities to respond to their pressing challenges with creativity and resilience. Experiential Embodied Team Building; We draw from nearly 200 creative games and exercises to structure customized workshops based on the needs of our clients. The creative games and exercises both excite and challenge thinking "outside the box.“ We balance team cooperation with a healthy dose of competition in order to keep every one on their toes and get everyone involved at the same time, in a fun, non-threatening way. Creative Group Facilitation workshops; In this workshop, participants will experience the basics of the proven experiential education approach to group facilitation. Participants will gain a framework for using interactive activities to strengthen their effectiveness as facilitators. They will develop basic skills in using creative activities to lead groups of all sizes. They will learn ways to engage a full range of learning styles and bring out the strengths of each participant, in the process building confidence in their own creativity. This training is based on the premise that you don’t have to be am experienced facilitator to use the creative arts in your work with people of all ages. Study Circle Methodology; Study Circles are hands on and practical methodology whose dynamism is based on the experiences of the participants. As a participatory and interactive model, it calls for the participants’ willingness to share their knowledge and skills to aid learning of various aspects of society, nature and culture. Study Circles are voluntary with the participants committing to plan, monitor and evaluate their studies. Other products of the Centre are; Mentorship programs for corporates, Youth Art Camps for organizations, Sexual and Reproductive Health workshops and Computer classes for vulnerable youth
