Situated north of the Queensway and bounded to the east by the Rideau Canal and the west by Bronson Avenue, this diverse central hub is anything but middle of the road. This initiative reflects the BIA's commitment to strengthen the business district, to promote arts & culture in the neighbourhood and expand the services offered in the district. Centretown envisions a flourishing district that serves as a social, cultural, and economic hub for residents, businesses, and visitors alike. Centretown's Purposeis to continuously improve and promote the northern section of Bank Street to foster a flourishing Centretown business district with a strong sense of community and belonging. The Centretown Business Improvement Area (BIA) is a 15 block shopping district and community that strives to make the area cleaner, safer and more vibrant.
