Centric Solutions (UK) Limited formed in 1997 as a nationwide B2B computer support company. In 2001 we added Insurance Inspection and Repair Services to our portfolio. Since then we have provided technical repair and customer service expertise to over claims from Insurance Companies and Retailers for items including: • Laptops / Netbooks • Desktop Computers • Printers, Scanners and other peripherals • Apple Devices • Mobile Phones • Games Consoles • Sat Navs • Media Players We implement a bespoke Call Tracking System for every client which monitors contracted Service Levels and co-ordinates all aspects of the clients’ claim administration from collection of the faulty product, repair quote and authorisation, parts sourcing and engineering allocation through to the return of repaired product to its owner. Supporting the Insurance and Extended Warranty markets plays to our strengths.
