Centron Diagnostics Ltd is a King’s College London spin-out company that was set up to develop an accurate, automatic, non-invasive medical device to measure both peripheral blood pressure and central systolic blood pressure. The device uses a novel, patented method that allows both measurements to be performed in one simple operation and will allow this important measurement to be taken into routine clinical use.
