Wij doen dit voor alle inwoners in de regio Noord-Holland Noord, Zaanstreek-Waterland en Kennemerland met een Wlz-indicatie. In Edam-Volendam helpen wij ook als er problemen zijn met andere beleidsterreinen, zoals de Wmo en de Jeugdwet. Dit kost u geen geld.
