Over thirty-two years ago in 1983 Jay DeYonker established his first Real Estate office in Forked River, New Jersey - the first of many to come in Ocean County. Accumulating more energetic agents than our office could withstand, a second office was opened in Barnegat only 3 years later, where we quickly rose in ranks among the real estate agencies in that area as well. In 1996, we opened our third, but nowhere near last, office in Manahawkin on Route 72, beginning our successful journey to occupying key areas in which the buying and selling of waterfront homes are endless.The widespread occupation of the Jersey Shore led us to be honored as the #5 Real Estate firm in the Century 21 system in the New York, New Jersey, and Delaware region for the years in the late 90’s into the 21st century. Our company continued its expansion and in 2002 opened our fourth office in Toms River followed by an office in Tuckerton shortly after in 2003. Now dominating much of Ocean County, the success of the Century 21 Pacesetter name and Jay DeYonker were recognized and honored by Century 21 Corporate with the prestigious Centurion Award as well as a member of the prestigious 2100 Club.Most recently in May of 2014, we opened our latest location in Beach Haven on Long Beach Island, occupying a quaint little office right next door to LBI’s own Chicken or the Egg! Today, Century 21 Pacesetter has over 150 agents within the offices of Forked River, Manahawkin, Toms River, Tuckerton, and now Beach Haven. Our offices supply coverage to all of Ocean, Monmouth and Atlantic county and have affiliations with our own preferred and guaranteed-to-please mortgage, title, and referral companies for the purposes of seamlessly simple service to all of our clients, past, present, and future.
