CeramicSpeed Bearings A/S develop and produce ball bearings, which create significant economic advantages when used in industrial applications. For the past 10 years, we have worked on developing and improving bearing performance, using high-tech components – and today we are the world leaders in our field. All bearings are handmade in Denmark using components from the best suppliers in the world. We have many years of experience developing hybrid bearing solutions for industrial applications, using ceramic balls of a unique quality together with other specially developed components. CeramicSpeed bearings have unique properties, which can solve challenges where ordinary steel bearings are not good enough. In addition to this, CeramicSpeed bearings have a lifespan that is 4-8 times longer than steel bearings; this simplifies maintenance and increases up time in industrial production. Bearings that last the longest – are the cheapest! The cost of bearings themselves form a very small part of the total cost of the machines they are installed in - both in new machinery and in maintenance. However, the cost of maintaining or replacing bearings can be much higher. This means that bearings that last longer can reduce operating costs significantly.
