Ceratech Indonesia was established in 2020 with a focus on trading used laptops. Our vision has always been to not just sell goods, but also provide a sense of security when purchasing a secondary item. Our commitment to our customers is not just through words, as evidenced by our plan to open another store in Harco Mangga Dua in 2021. By the end of 2023, we l expand our core business to include laptop/IT rental services and open another branch in Sumatera, specifically in Pekanbaru. Our success continued in early 2024 with the opening of our first outlet in Jogjakarta. In addition to our dedication to providing quality products, we also offer various solutions and programs for our customers, such as extended warranties up to 1 year, trade-in programs, and buy-back warranties. We strongly believe that our commitment and hard work in creating more value in this business will lead to great success in the end.
