The Certa Foundation is a team of passionate legal professionals which by virtue of its social responsibility established two centers; The Joy Center for Justice and Advocacy and The Center for Law and Innovation. The two centers seek to contribute towards the eradication of Gender-Based-Violence (GBV) and fostering Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) in Rwanda as well as providing research-based solutions to Africa’s Legal and Digital Emerging Challenges.
