CERTECH Ltd. is a polish company that has been operating on the market since 1998. Our offer includes silicon carbide and graphite mechanical parts as well as abrasion-resistant, insulating and sliding coatings for a variety of applications. We produce ceramic, carbide and metal coatings using following thermal spraying technologies: • HVOF • PLASMA (APS) • ARC • FLAME and also plasma cladding (PTA) Our coatings are used for manufacturing of new components and in regeneration-repair processes. They can be applied to a wide range of machinery such as: shafts, bearing journals, plungers, piston rods, sliding journals (for Simering, V-ring, V-seal, etc.), pins, distributor doors, nozzles, water pipes, bearing bushings, rotors, mechanical seals etc. We have certificates of Quality Management Systems: AS9100 and ISO 9001
