We produce whole, packaged and sliced cured meats under the brand names of industries and distribution chains. Production is in Parma: the heart of Italy’s Food Valley. We follow the very best of Italian traditions in the production of cold cuts through the use of the most modern available technologies. We are a company dedicated to exporting our salamis, thanks to the use of high hydrostatic pressure (HPP) which increases food safety and the shelf-life of our delicious cold cuts. Our products are approved for export to the following countries: USA, Canada, Japan, Australia, Hong Kong, Brazil, Chile, Singapore, South Korea and Mexico.
